I’ve mentioned Jurgen Kreckel’s Certo6.com before when talking about one of my cameras. But today, I want to really focus in on this site.

First off, I need to mention that I have not bought any of his cameras or used his repair services. His work looks impressive. Any guy who is passionate about folders is OK with me.

Anyway, this is an excellent web site. My favorite aspect is that he provides commentary and shows pictures of the typical models that he has restored.

I finally found my Ansco Speedex Special “R”. I was wondering where it was. We moved a few times and I was trying to find that box. It was under my nose all the time sitting in a box of parts in my office closet.

Now I have to find some time to get this thing going. This was from a house fire my brother worked on. Anyway, he gave it to me, but it’s covered with smoke. I could send it out for repair and spend some money (more than it’s worth) or I could bite the time bullet and do some repair.
