I was just asked about the Nikon D5000. So I promised I would put a link up here to some review videos.

It looks like a pretty nice entry level camera. If you haven’t seen it, take the time to check out the LCD screen. It is more articulated than most. Cool feature.

The other thing I liked about this is that the aperture and shutter speed are shown on the screen in a way that would hopefully make learning them easier for a novice. Thumbs up for this.

I said recently that I was going to go do some street photography. I was wrong. It rained and it was cold. I made excuses.

That’s a terrible thing – making excuses. I named this site 365cameras.com because originally, I though I’d write about photography 365 days per year because I think about it 365 days per year. But then reality hits.

So back to the story. I was making excuses for not going out and shooting some FILM. Then I hurt my back. More excuses. Got busy at work. More excuses. Taxes. Yuck. Yep more excuses.

Well, I’m back.

I still didn’t go out and find a new camera at digitalslrprices.com, but I’m getting closer.

In the meantime, I have a Pentax full of Tri-X and I’m not afraid to use it.

I was watching the preview video of the Leica S2 on www.digitalslrprices.com.

That is one very cool digital camera. I bet it will be crazy expensive though.
