Here are some Polaroid supplies on the web.

Photography Site of the Day – holgablog.com

If you’re into Holga, lomo, toy cameras, or if you’re just curious about what that movement is all about, you owe it to yourself to check out Holgablog

I’m really enjoying this site. From the menu, it has

* News
* Reviews
* Tutorials
* Photography
* Processes/Editing
* Competitions
* Editorials
* Monthly Best
* POTM (Photographer of the Month)

Excellent material.

Be sure to check out the Holga Manual they have posted in cooperation with the good people at Freestyle. It shows everything from loading film, using it and making multiple exposures to modifying Holgas and finding light leaks. The Holga comparison chart alone is worth the download. Any reader of this blog knows I like to find manuals.

Very Cool Homemade SLR

I was tooling around in APUG and found a link to this camera. I thought this was awesome.

I admire people who build their own cameras. It might take time away from taking photographs, but it makes the experience uniquely yours.

This is some real dedication of time and knowledge to the hobby.

Here he basically shows How to Build a 35mm SLR

I know I’ll never get around to building a 35mm SLR, but I’m happy I found this one.

Large format is another matter altogether. That’s next year’s project. I’ll do that as soon as I make a bunch of cabinetry for the house.
